Hi Saloka, I just wanted to thank you for all the hard work you have done in planning our holiday. We changed dates and then destinations on you and you were very accommodating with this and happy to provide all new information. You have been great at responding to my emails, phone calls and answering my questions. You went out of your way to help us get the "deal" on the Disney dining plan. Although I don't understand why Disney calls it "Free Plus Dining Offer" and then charges you $150.00 for the "free" offer, I still know that the $150.00 means it's costing us $12.50 per person/day for food and that is saving us a ton of money (although I can't put a number on it in terms of what Disney would normally charge for this service...we had budgeted $800.00 for dining for our time at Disney...so it has saved us around $500.00 - we will still need to purchase one meal a day and probably snacks and drinks). Thank you for your time and effort on this. As for the rest of our trip I have done the math...as I wanted to make sure I couldn't get a better deal doing the work myself, and have found that you saved us: $95.00 on our cruise, $70.00 on our flights, $86.00 on our Magic Your Way Disney passes, $205.00 on our Universal passes, $34.00 on our Doubletree Hotel and $87.00 on our Disney Hotel. Overall, not including the dining package, you have saved us $577.00! If I add in at least $500.00 for the dining plan you have saved us over $1000.00 That savings allowed us to change our travel plans and include an extra day in Disney World so that our foster son could visit all 4 parks...that is something very, very special that we really appreciate!! I do have to say that we did encounter the issue about the luggage costs on the flight. I really wish that you had made us aware of the cost of paying for luggage checked in at the time we discussed flights. We have always flown Air Canada and Westjet in the past and were not prepared for a charge for our luggage. This will cost us $168.22 Canadian each way...so $336.44 that we had not budgeted for as it was not part of the "total price" you quoted us. Maybe other clients are used to flying on other airlines and expect these baggage fees but I would suggest that you let them know about it when discussing flights so that they can take these costs into account when making decisions. That issue aside, you have been a great resource for us and a real joy to work with. Even when we encountered the baggage issue you responded to my emails immediately and professionally. We will, of course, be in ongoing contact as tickets come in and such, but I just wanted to drop this note to thank you for all your help. You have made our dream (our foster son's dream) a reality and did so on a budget we could afford. Thank you and we look forward to working with you again in the future,

Dear Cricket, Thank you so much for organizing everything for my son John's trip. He and his girlfriend had a wonderful time. They said the hotel was great and close to everything and that the venues you selected for them were fantastic, especially the circus/dinner evening, which they said was absolutely incredible! So thanks for finding that for them! Unfortunately, they never did pursue the yacht dinner event, as they simply ran out of time. I think I just didn't realize how long the drive to San Francisco from Los Angeles would be, with all the traffic! However, they said they had plenty to do and see anyway and had a terrfic vacation and couldn't have fit in one more thing! They said also, that because of the location of their hotel, they were able to enjoy the bay every single day, anyway, and they were close to all kinds of attractions. They also really enjoyed the sightseeing, wine tour and the redwood forest, as well as the comedy club show. So thank you so much for your amazing effort! You are awesome! Not only did you plan an amazing vacation for us, but the prices you got us were very reasonable also. For about $1,200.00 you got us all the entertainment and the hotel for two, for a week. The wine tours alone, that I found, were almost $1,000.00 for only one day! John said the hotel he found charged him about $400.00 per day. You were able to get us a weekly hotel rate for not much more than that, for an entire week!! So thank you again. My son and his friend said they were really impressed with the service you offered, and frankly, you made me look pretty good in their eyes, so thanks again for a great job! Hi Irina: Terry and I just wanted to thank you for your excellent service and for your recommendation of resort for our recent holiday. You booked us into the Sensatori Azul and what a wonderful choice it was. The resort was beautiful. It was quite quiet and without the usual crowds of people. We would recommend it highly to anyone who wants a more peaceful and elegant get-away. When we arrived, we were greeted with chilled champagne and the quickest check-in we have ever experienced. The room was lovely with a balcony that overlooked the pool areas and the sea. Service was impeccable and every meal was a treat. There was one buffet - all other food venues were al-a-carte restaurants with varied menus. No reservations were required and the longest wait we had to get in was only about half an hour as it was spring break and the resort was at full capacity. The meals were all delicious. One night, our waiter even suggested a dish that was not on the menu and the chef prepared it especially for us. Now that is great service! The drinks at the bars were all of the highest quality and not the usual resort concoctions of sweet syrups. We were particularly impressed by the attention to details in all regards, the cleanliness of the resort, the friendliness of the staff. The beach was not the best as it was narrower than the beaches at the other resorts we have visited and the water was shallow. However, we made the best of it and discovered that the sharp rocks under the surface were, in fact, a small part of the reef that projected right up to the shore line. At this point we donned our snorkelling gear and exploration of the under water wonders. And, although our beach was not the greatest, we were able to walk up the beach for miles on soft white sand and swim where we pleased. Thank you so much for your help in making this trip a great success and arranging it such that the trip went smoothly from the time we arrived at the airport to our return 2 weeks later.
